What makes a successful worker at Dangling Carrot Farm:
An ideal employee is efficient, but meticulous. Workers are expected to arrive on time and ready to work. The best worker is an apt learner and able to adjust, as farming often calls us to do. This is an organic farm and countless hours are spent weeding. The worker must be self-motivated with an eye on completing the task.

What a worker will gain:
Working at DCF will provide lots of first-hand learning and experience. If one is considering becoming a vegetable farmer, this is an opportunity to see how an organic farm operates. The farm's scale is great for learning the gamut of tasks needing done daily as well seasonally.

Pay:
Pay starts at $10/hr, with potential raise by mid-season based on performance. Workers may also take excess produce for themselves free of charge.
