My website is designed for homeowners and those who like to garden, who have a basic knowledge of plants and plant care. The website- Establishing a Moon Garden, is divided into five pages. These pages provide information specific to the topic, and include helpful graphics. The five pages include: plant material, lighting and hardescapes, design, plant care, and a little history about the garden. I feel that this website is a great tool for homeowners to use, especially if they are busy and don't have the time to spend in the garden during the day. The information is basic, and descriptive, which will help anyone create an awesome garden for the evening. |

This website was designed with the residential homeowner in mind. Many individuals only have small plots of land at their disposal therefore a large scale orchard is not feasible. A well placed and maintained apple tree can provide a nice accent to one's backyard. The fruit from the tree can provide fresh apples for eating or cooking. Regardless of one's background, this website can help your apple tree off to a thriving start. |

The purpose of this website is to present the reader with a certain degree of knowledge or help to build a water feature in the home environment. It is kept simple and basic not fully exploring aspects of more complicated things such as an official "pond" or larger more extravagant designs. Many suggestions were added to help accommodate people who may be interested in these more difficult projects. Overall it caters to several target audiences even though the more basic designs are more fully covered. The instructions are kept simple yet hopefully still meet the needs of those who have more complex issues (if by nothing more than pointing them in the right direction to find there answers). |

My web page will be discussing some of the basic components that are useful in planting and growing dahlias and gladiolus in the Ohio Landscape. First of all both flowers are a tuber, which means that they both will require removal in the winter. In other parts of the country these tubers can be left in the ground, however, the temperature in central Ohio is much colder. Both plants require a different type of soil and pH level. So technically you couldn’t grow both of these plants beside each other, unless you put them into containers. Containers are the new age in landscape gardens. |

This website was designed as an undergraduate assignment. Its aim was to inform the residential gardener that plants native to the Ohio region could be used to attract butterflies to the residential property. The information was presented for use by the urban apartment dweller as well as those with large properties. As the information is not authoritative and is the product of an amateur, discretion should be applied in its use as a source of formal information. Nevertheless, it is a point of departure for those interested in the subject of the coevolution of native species and its application to human use. |

The purpose of my website is to instruct the landscape Forman how to install a stamped concrete patio. I have broken my instructions into five main topics. I have reinforced my content with images to stimulate design ideas. I have chosen the installation of stamped concrete because it is longest lasting hardscaping to be installed. My terminology is meant to be idea provoking. It is to be understood that no matter how much advise I give there is no substitute for experience. My goal was to give the landscape Forman a general knowledge pertaining to stamped concrete. The only way to become an expert is from experience. The site leads visitors to become interactive with links. I hope my website is thought provoking and practical. I will be happy to answer any questions about my just email me at shininger.11@osu.edu . It is my pleasure to help inform visitors about a good hardscape feature. |

This website was designed to help commercial mum producers evaluate and decide what production method best suits their needs. It covers the basic needs and options a grower must decide upon, everything from starting the cuttings to shading the mum crop to time the bloom cycle. There are several links set up to take the observer to websites where they can compare products. It is important that the grower uses what is best suited to their needs depending upon the type of mums they will be growing and the climate surrounding their production. This website is not intended to be catchy, but rather an easy to read and understand resource. There are very few options which would cause the browser to become distracted and links to useless sites where he/she may get lost or lose interest. |
