Powerpointers

The Powerpoint slides should be essentially pictures. You can use a few words for labels, or slide titles (preferably under images) but the text of what you say should be in the notes section.

You need images to illustrate critical features of your presentation. If there is an important step or piece of equipment or an important plant or feature in the Arboretum you need a picture!

Make sure your photographs are in jpeg format (medium quality). If you have drawings or diagrams they could be in gif format.

Make sure that your images are downsized to be no more than 800 pixels wide and 600 pixels high. If there is more than one image on a slide their combined size should be no bigger than this.
