Description:
Variegated Sweet Flag is a grass-like plant that thrives in permanently moist to wet soils, is often sited in partial sun to partial shade, and is usually a strong focal point in the landscape, growing to 3 feet tall. A closely related species, Acorus gramineus 'Variegatus', has much thinner leaves that radiate and arch from a tight central clump, growing only 1 foot tall.
