Description:
The corms of Crocosmia can be planted in the ground or in pots, with the flowers left in the landscape or harvested as cut flowers (red, orange, or even yellow inflorescences). The corms are marginally hardy in zone 5, and can be dug up in the autumn for replanting in the spring, if so desired.
