Description:
Leopard's Bane is one of the first perennials to emerge in late Winter, achieving full foliage and large, showy, Dandelion-like inflorescences in early Spring. Leopard's Bane has a typical composite-type of inflorescence, with many petal-like ray flowers surrounding the central, eye-like disk flowers. This species is sometimes listed as Doronicum caucasicum or Doronicum cordatum.
