Description:
Russian Sage, an old-fashioned perennial and herb, has made a dramatic comback in recent years, including its lofty status as the Perennial Plant Association's "Plant of the Year " in 1995. Its individual stems have spire-like, light purple inflorescences in mid- to late Summer.
