Description:
Stewartstown Azalea (a Gable Hybrid) probably has the best fall color of any Azalea, being a glossy, vibrant scarlet-green to wine-red in mid- and late Autumn, slowly absicing to a semi-evergreen status in most Winters. This cultivar also goes by the names of 'Stewartstownian', 'Stewartstonian', and 'Stewartsonian'.
