Ornamental Cabbage come in shades of white, red, pink, lavendar, and purple, and does not have the the larger, more open, and cutleaf character of Ornamental Kale. However, some cultivars of Ornamental Cabbage may have fringed or frilled edges on the foliage (like Ornamental Kale).
