Latest Headlines

The 20th Annual Richard J. and Martha D. Denman Undergraduate Research Forum was held on March 25, 2015. More than 600 students in all disciplines will be presenting posters on their research and creative activity projects. To learn more about the Denman, check out the website: denman.osu.edu.

Students from OSU ATI/Wooster campus visit Columbus as part of Regional Campus Transition Day. The visiting students learn about the Columbus campus and experience what being a student in Columbus is all about. ATI students who visited the Department of Horticulture and Crop Science participated in an activity testing for GMOs in sweet corn, soybean and alfalfa seeds. Students who transition from ATI come to Columbus for two years to finish their Bachelors degrees. 

The Ohio State University Agronomic Crops Team is starting a new summer program in 2015 aimed at providing a rich training experience to undergraduate students in a wide diversity of disciplines related to agronomic crop research. These Agronomic Crop Research Experience (ACRE) Interns will support on-farm research by being placed in strategic hubs throughout the state. Students will gain real-world experience in scouting, sampling and evaluating agronomic crops in Ohio. Incoming OSU graduate students are welcome to apply.
