Steven Parker

Steven Charles Parker, Ohio State Agronomy Club, East Canton, OH – Greenfield Scholars: Steven Parker is a student at The Ohio State University. He is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainable Plant Systems with a Specialization in Agronomy. His minor will be in Agricultural System Management. Mr. Parker studied two years at The Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute in Wooster, Ohio. He received an Associate’s Degree in Sustainable Plant Systems with a specialization in Agronomy from ATI. He also received the Outstanding Student award.

Food safety training continues for fruit, vegetable farmers

GALLIPOLIS, Ohio – An Aug. 13 session will mark the end of the season's trainings for on-farm fruit and vegetable microbial safety, but organizers are already planning new sessions focusing on agricultural water safety beginning in 2015.
