The Akron-Summit County Public Library’s Patent & Trademark Depository Library is the focus of my comment. It has been my experience that most public libraries do not have the capacity to develop the resources required to maintain a patent and trademark library. Usually special or academic libraries are considered more suitable for these resources. It is no small accomplishment then to have this distiniction.
