Work on the site continued down to the wire. We were painting the bench on the morning before our departure. The Principal, John Moverley said on presenting our certificates that we could not leave until we finished. However we did complete the job and it was amazing to look back and remember the appearance of the site a mere ten days earlier. The group assembled for one more picture with a feeling of satisfaction and pride that we were leaving a garden area that would be enjoyed by staff and students at Myerscough for years to come.
