Permaculture: Designing Resilient Communities

Peter Bane is the author of The Permaculture Handbook: Garden Farming for Town and Country (2012) and the long time publisher and editor of Permaculture Activist magazine. He is among the most experienced teachers of permaculture design in the world and is now pioneering a micro farm on the edge of Bloomington, Indiana.
Peter’s presentation will introduce permaculture and discuss how our towns and suburbs can incubate the new Eco-Agriculture and launch a food security revolution. Copies of “The Permaculture Handbook” will be available for purchase at the presentation.
This Event is free and open to the public. Parking will be available in the lot to the west of the building.
