Mary Maloney awarded the Shirley-Brooks Jones Award

Mary Maloney, the Director of the Chadwick Arboretum and Learning Gardens was awarded the Shirley-Brooks Jones Award on November 3, 2016 The award is given annually by the Univerity Staff Advisory Council. Shown in the photo: Mary Maloney (left) is presented her award by Andy Evans (right), University Staff Advisory Council Member from the Department of Horticulture and Crop Science. Andy Evans is serving his fourth year as a member of the University Staff Advisroy Council. Mary was nominated by College of Food, Agricultural, and Environemetal Scienes Associate Dean, Linda Martin. The Shirley-Brooks Jones award was created to recognize staff in the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Scienes who excel in providing outstanding and ongoing excellence in services to faculty, staff, students and/or others through communication, fairness, problem solving, and contributions to the common good.
