HCS Undergraduate, Keeley Overmyer receives Greenfield Scholars award

Keeley Overmyer has received a Greenfield Scholars award for 2017 from the American Society of Agronomy.

The Greenfield Scholars program is sponsored by the American Society of Agronomy and the International Certified Crop Adviser program with the specific purpose to support outstanding undergraduates in a Bachelor of Science. The program aims to support students who plan to pursue the Certified Crop Adviser / Certified Professional Agronomist profession and certification. Greenfield Scholars are paired with a certified agronomist mentor for 12 months, and receive complimentary registration and travel reimbursement to attend the annual national meeting in Tampa in late October.

Keeley is a senior majoring in Sustainable Plant Systems: Agronomy.
