I will be focusing on the Colombian cacao value chain. Under Dr. Signorini's guidance, my research will explore regional insights and the significance of this specialty crop in the local economy.
Why OSU?
Ohio State is a renowned agricultural school, including agronomy, which my B.S. was in back in Colombia. The department also emphasizes hands-on learning through community outreach, what aligns with my preferences: agri-food value chains and field work.
