My role involves leading the development of an analytical strategy to design breeding programs with specific objectives, while also evaluating the potential advantages of genomic selection in terms of costs. Additionally, I perform simulations to compare and determine the most effective breeding schemes. As part of my responsibilities, I provide mentorship and training to students in script writing and data analysis, as well as contribute to other instructional activities. When did you start working for OSU? October 2023 What do you like to do in your free time? In my free time, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places. I also find joy in playing challenging video games that help me enhance my problem-solving skills. And every now and then, I like to let loose and have fun by singing on the karaoke stage.
