I'm anticipating graduating Autumn 2025
Research Focus:
I am studying strawberry fruit production in controlled environment agriculture. My research aims to develop a predictive mathematical model for near-future strawberry yield in CEA systems using the information gained from flower mapping, a method of describing plant architecture through meristem dissection. My research seeks to utilize this form of architectural analyses to optimize strawberry production through the use of predictive modeling.
Why OSU?
I chose to pursue graduate school at OSU HCS because of the opportunity I received to work in the Kubota lab focusing on plant physiology and Controlled Environment Agriculture! OSU has a great program for CEA and the CEARC is an incredible facility that allows for cutting-edge research in this new field.
