I'm anticipating graduating Spring 2024
Research Focus:
My research focus is to determine the genetic basis of bacterial canker (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis) and zebra stem of tomato, and to improve disease resistance and yield in processing tomato using genomic selection. I am currently also working in a seed company in California and am finishing my research at the same time.
Why OSU?
I choose to come to grad school here at OSU HCS because I have an awesome advisor and having a grad degree also helps to build my career. I enjoyed the atmosphere with our friendly, inspiring and creative colleagues in HCS a lot.
